Rental Rates
- The rental rates are listed below
- A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the balance payable 4 weeks before arrival. If booking within 4 weeks the full amount is payable.
- Payment is accepted by either bank transfer or cheque.
- Arrival time is 3pm onwards. Check out time is by 9am unless otherwise agreed.
- Utility costs, bed linen and towels are included in the rate.
- Weekend night is Friday & Saturday and National holiday dates.
- Week night is Sunday to Thursday.
- Riverside is in a quiet part of the town so we cannot accept bookings from stag and hen parties.
- There is a large 24hr secure car park close by.
- Please read our TERMS AND CONDITIONS here as they will be deemed to have been accepted by you when you submit a booking payment and confirmation has been sent
Rental rates are for the entire property.

We also take a £300 damage deposit, which is refundable after the holiday
